Objective:To provide our clients with sufficient resources to research and analyze the loan portfolio's offered through the FDIC's Structured Sales process
During the Structured Sales process you are given an enormous amount of data to go through, and a very limited amount of time. Because we specialize in analyzing mult Billion dollar loan pools, and have the resources to do so, we give our clients the ability to leverage our expertise during their dilligence period. Throughout this process we strive to provide the following:
- Manage the research and underwriting process on a loan-by-loan basis
- Provide pricing guidance based on the clients expected returns
- Prepare a cash flow, or deal sheet on each property that is in the loan pool
- Provide backup support after the acquisition to manage data, property management, loan workouts, and more.
