LOAN REVIEW
Loan Review Objective: To provide clients the ability to understand the financial health of a bank’s loan portfolio and if applicable to show the amount of additional impairments necessary
- Weight the loan portfolio by risk and analyze an appropriate sample of loans for review
- Understand and value all loan collateral to ensure that the loan is adequately secured
- Review the financial strength and credit quality of the borrower to understand their ability to service debt
- Generate report that details loan by loan the carrying value of the loan compared to our independent valuation thus providing information on any additional impairments that may be necessary
