Structured Finance Review for ABS, MBS, CMBS, CMOs, and other structured products Objective: To provide clients with 1. an economic snapshot of the assets intended to generate cashflow for the prevailing bonds for the purpose of assisting or verifying bond pricing or 2. To understand the values of the properties in special servicing
- Analyze a sufficient sample of assets so that an extrapolation of the sample can be used in assisting with overall bond pricing
- Due diligence on specific assets in special servicing including supply/demand analysis, financial underwriting, tenant review, collateral review, and loan review
